A 2 Day INTENSE COURSE, with a curriculum I have created to teach you basic to advanced skills for those who aspire to become MUAs, or MUA's that want to advance/ maximize their speed & income! .

You will be given a workbook with pictures, and detailed information where you you can reference what was taught in the course.

What differentiates me from most MUAs?  My ability to Work at an extremely fast pace with tips and tricks to cut my time in half without the makeup looking or feeling rushed for the client. I will Be sharing these important tips and tricks with you to maximize your speed and  your income!

 

It will be a very detailed and meticulous course where I will teach you : Basic face & eye shadow application on a client to a more detailed and advanced eyeshadow looks (day 2). This also involves utilizing proper tools and brushes to achieve the best looks for your clients.

 

I will teach:

DAY 1:

​

-Understanding Face structure and different Eye shapes (VERY IMPORTANT: Everyone has different eye shape/ face symmetry/ face structure/) Not all looks will work on every face.

​

-Brow fill in application /cleaning up brow/ etc

 

-Skin prep, color theory, Color correcting, Dealing with different skin types (oily/dry/combination/problematic/etc) and different skin tones and undertones (Involves choosing correct foundation type and color for client) , concealer selections, Proper contouring and highlighting the face/ eyes , etc.

-Proper concealer application / Proper baking technique and product selection. Proper setting .

​

-Properly Contouring & Highlighting techniques for certain areas of the face.

​

-Eyeshadow application : Natural eyeshadow looks/ neutral tone glam with and without shimmer/ soft cut creases/ wing liner/ cat eye wing liner/ and bottom pencil liner application/ lash application

DAY 2:

 

-Advanced:  special event looks (if student wants to learn/and or what is requested by student, EXAMPLE: Bridal, Cut Crease, Bold Color Liners, Glitter Liners, Photoshoot look/techniques. 

​

-Proper Eyeshadow color choice and technique based on certain eye shape/ skin type etc.

​

-Proper lash application on clients as well as how to choose the correct lashes for clients.

​

-VERY IMPORTANT:

-Sharing Marketing tools for your work through Social media platforms. 

-Editing your pictures for social media/ portfolio

-Apps to easily help you Edit

-Clienteling / Booking / Pricing/ ETC

-Confidence is key when dealing with your client! I will be discussing how to make your clients feel comfortable while performing the service which generates repeated business.

-YOU MUST BRING A MODEL BOTH DAYS. It is recommended that you bring a model who fits the description of your clientele to better able to achieve the looks that are requested.

-Q & A will be answered , Video recording/ Pictures will be allowed during certain segments.
