  • A 30-50% nonrefundable deposit of your desired service is required to book and secure your appointment. This deposit applies towards your TOTAL. $3.00 will Be added to your total for Site Fee.

  • This Booking Site is to book Services with Gina Nicole or to book Alex (Zander Artistry)

  • YOU MUST CHOOSE THE PERSON YOUR BOOKING WITH AFTER CLICKING THE SERVICE. Example : Click “Signature Glam”..Then you must click whether you want service done with Gina Nicole or Alex Zander

  • Appointments booked within or BEFORE 24 hours MUST BE CONFIRMED VIA TEXT/DM/Email or it is NOT GUARANTEE due to last minute .

  • THURS-SUN / NYE/ HALLOWEEN / ANY HOLIDAY same day Cancelations or NO shows WILL BE CHARGED the remaining balance with card you paid deposit with

  • DUE TO HIGH DEMAND NYE & HALLOWEEN/ANY HOLIDAY, DEPOSITS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE / NON TRANSFERABLE UP TO A WEEK PRIOR

  • For all other Appts If you have to cancel, you can cancel within 24 Hours to receive credit towards a future appointment. This doesn't apply to same day cancelations. SAME DAY or less than 24HR CANCELATIONS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED and CANNOT BE APPLIED TO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS EVEN IF DUE TO COVID-19. You must rebook.

  • 8 & 9 AM Appointments are $40 extra

  • If you are doing makeup Prior to a Photoshoot of Any Holiday Ex V-Day, Xmas etc YOU MUST BOOK “My Signature Glam” or “Cut Crease” ONLY, regardless of the look you desire doing. Makeup for a photoshoot sometimes can be more time consuming as we need to make sure it’s perfected with certain technique for a professional photoshoot .

  • If you chose the incorrect service it will be adjusted at our appointment .SAME FOR LASH appointments. PLEASE read all descriptions thoroughly to avoid confusion. If natural lash set is selected and you change your mind the correct amount with be charged at your appointment.

  • Halloween and New Year’s eve appointments MUST be booked under those categories ONLY.

  • If you cancel 48hrs prior and are not refunded you have up to 60 days to use that deposit towards a future appointment. After 60 days a new appointment must be scheduled

  • If Cancellation occurs, your refund will be issued in the same form deposits were received . It’s usually 1 to 5 business days. I have no control over merchant and your banks refund processing time.

  • NOTE: Every single person has a different eye shape as well as different lash texture, curl, density, etc. Therefore we will always try to achieve the best possible look that you’re going for but not everyone will be exactly the same. And everyone’s lashes fall out differently based on the healthiness of your natural lash which I have no control over.

  • a Late FEE of $25 will be charged if more than 15 mins late and if we are still able to accommodate you Please be respectful of my times and other clients with scheduled appointments after you. if more than 15 minutes late you are at risk of losing your appointment. .

  • PLEASE COME WITH NO MAKEUP OR MASCARA PRIOR TO LASH appointments. If you have lashes from a prior tech pleas be advised you will be charged a removal fee and I MUST be notified upon booking.
